Bring in the Bing Crosby – it’s the holidays. At Invisible Children, that means it’s time for our fourth annual Holiday Benefit Show at The Troubadour in Hollywood.

Here are all the things you need to know about what’s going down this year:

WHEN: Saturday, December 15 // Doors open at 6:30 PM

WHERE: The Troubadour // Hollywood, CA

WHO: DeVotchKa // White Arrows // Whispertown // + Special Guests (to be announced, to leave an air of mystique)

The proceeds from this year’s show go to our holiday campaign, Come Home For the Holidays, an effort to increase HF radio coverage and defection fliers that will encourage LRA combatants to lay down their weapons and return home. The goal is to reach $100,000 by the end of the year to fund the project.

The Holiday Spirit is the Human Connection

Behind Invisible Children products, and behind our story, is a deep human connection defining the meaning of the holiday spirit.

It’s a connection rooted in the belief that no war should go unseen, no child unheard, and no region should suffer what Central Africa’s suffered for 25 years.

A new product we’re offering is the Rose Gold bracelet — made just how they’ve made reed bracelets for centuries in Central Africa. It serves as a symbol for the young women of Congo who’ve been abducted by the LRA. Wearing it is a statement to these women that says, “I will fight for you.”

Invisible Children products tell this story; products made by the people of this region, benefiting those affected most.

Tell the Invisible Children story with your gift-giving this holiday season – a story of human connection and the holiday spirit.
